UPDATED COVID-19 POLICIES & PROTOCOLS FALL 2020

Due to recent changes in the COVID-19 circumstances we have updated our hospital policies to keep our staff, and clients safe.

1. Food, and medication orders: 

Please place orders ahead of time by calling the clinic. Some products are still on/off backorder, and we are continuing curbside service for food, and medication orders.

We highly recommend prepaying for your food/medication over the phone before you come to the clinic to pick up your order.

We do have an online webstore through our website which you can order an array of items, and food. If you do not have access to our webstore yet please call us, and we will be happy to send you an invitation!

2. Appointments: 

We are operating on a Curbside Policy! We are not allowing anyone into the clinic. Once you arrive with your pet please ring the doorbell. A staff member will take your pet to the treatment room for the doctor to examine the pet. Please make sure you have a cell phone at the appointment so the doctor can contact you after your pets exam.

Please ring the bell only once, if a staff member does not come right away keep in mind they might be on a phone call, or assisting the doctor with an appointment. We appreciate your patience!

3: Sanitizing/cleaning: 

We have stepped up our cleaning protocols to make sure our staff, and clients are safe. We have hand sanitizer available for everyone in each exam room and in our front lobby.

Exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned between appointments, as well as our debit/credit machine will be wiped down after every use.
